My mom brought me here over the holiday, reporting that it's one of her favorite local restaurants, and I completely see why: the atmosphere is quiet and cheerful, and it strikes a beautiful experiential balance by grabbing the best parts of a higher-end asian restaurant experience (complimentary hot tea; high-quality fresh sashimi) without going so hard on everything that the price point would have gotten unfriendly.

Fresh and delicious! My family has been coming here for almost 20 years and have never gotten a bad meal. Their sushi is fresh and delicious. The meals flavorful and generous portions. The hot and sour soup is my absolute favorite! Highly recommended

I have been eating at all of the Mandarin Court Group Restaurants for the past 20 years. I have never had a bad meal. There sushi is always fresh, the chef/owner always has specials and is very creative. Ask for their special menu. The employees are very serious about their work and may be a bit short as I have read other review, but they make up for it in their attention. If you should be there when the chef's wife and owner is there, you will get the most pleasant experience. Their chinese new years celebration in a wonderful annual experience of a 8 course meal served family style and has been on hiatus since COVID. I hope this will be brought back for Feb. 2023. The only meal that I have not experienced is the Sunday afternoon Dim Sum but I will someday!

They've really done a fantastic job on the inside. I honestly didn't expect it to be such a nice environment but was pleasantly surprised. I dined in the next time with my gf after first ordering takeout. I've had sushi and American-style Chinese here and both were great.
